Honestly, I believe the property is in a solid, centralized location which allows you be to close major freeways, bars, restaurants and is only 12 minutes from downtown PHX. It is nestled away in a great neighborhood which is very peaceful. Management and Maintenance has always been available when needed and are always in the office. They do communicate well with residents if there is any issues on the property via text and email. My only draw backs are rent increased a little too much for no additional services, blame inflation and the influx of new residents. And there is a noticeable bug/pest problem depending on your unit. Though there is an exterminator that comes, Ive had to address the issue myself which as worked wonders. Other than that, its been great living here.more ...hide ...

Its old and under reconditioning apartments by new paint exterior job new insulated dual pane windows and a fresh assfault parking lot. The rent is rediculously high over $1,000 for a studio size apartment.
