The overall setup as far as where they are on top of the big hill overlooking the city and kinda away from everything is the good part But they seem to be letting anyone live here so its just a matter of time

Went on a Wednesday as the office person said to come back next day That was a Tuesday Brought money order and completed app as told Drove 20 minutes to get there Told to come back A 3rd timenBeautiful view Atop steep hill Only to be told no App day Went on a Wednesday as the office person said to come back next day That was a Tuesday Brought money order and completed app as told Drove 20 minutes to get there Told to come back A 3rd timenBeautiful view Atop steep hill Only to be told no App day was tomorrow or Thursday Only Wouldnt even look at the app Wouldnt allow us to leave it Whoever was in the office on Tuesday Had the info all wrong The apt they were shown on Tuesday was a model They were led to believe that apt was for rent The lady on Wednesday said there were a 1st floor and two 2nd floor coming open in 2 weeks The gal on Tuesday Said no 1st or 2nd floor only 3rd But available now The one they were shownnThe couple did not want to go back Thursday Understandably 3 days in a row And we were the only ones there So they werent too busy to even take the app and money order Beautiful view Apt looks nice Nice play area for kids Would have some concern getting down the hill in bad weather That steep Office people seem to have alot of miscommunication Bad info more ... hide ...

When my rent was three days late, she refused it and said I had 30 days to find another place. Since I had recently lost my primary job, I had to work extra hard to get the rent togeth The manager was a bully and a liar. They even tried to file an eviction even though they KNEW I had already moved out. When I went to court, the lawyer was taken aback since they had lied to him or not told him I had left. The eviction charge was dismissed, but there is a 1400 charge on my record that is not valid. When I tried to pay them, they declined. After I was told to leave, I moved out with my three children and had to put us up in a hotel. It's difficult to get approved for another rental property since they have tainted my record. I would advise everyone to stay away from this property; there was also a rodent infestation that I reported to the inspector.
