I have been living here THREE years now and this is the FIRST time I have EVER had anything bad to say about Aspen Chase I have reached out to them at least FOUR definitely more times about WASP NESTS that are attached to my building Its so bad they I have been living here THREE years now and this is the FIRST time I have EVER had anything bad to say about Aspen Chase I have reached out to them at least FOUR definitely more times about WASP NESTS that are attached to my building Its so bad they are getting INTO my apartment and I am severely allergic I have told them this and still NOTHING Its absolutely ridiculous I am seeing large wasps WEEKLY inside my home at this point even after closing my vents keeping my patio closed and spraying around the home They have to be in the foundation at this point smh This is sad more ... hide ...

Lived there for a year Nothing is perfect and so does Aspen Chase Great management Fair rentals Mostly awesome neighbors and also some troublemakers I wish management does some background check and control unauthorized vehicle access

Ive lived here for 3 years and to be honest Ive been lucky with my stay here Is there crime yes Is there noisy neighbors yes But people fail to remember is its an apartment complex in a big little city My only true complaint is that the rent is prett Ive lived here for 3 years and to be honest Ive been lucky with my stay here Is there crime yes Is there noisy neighbors yes But people fail to remember is its an apartment complex in a big little city My only true complaint is that the rent is pretty ridiculous for a roughly 550 square feet apartment Yes I understand that youre paying for convenience everything you need is literally 1015 minutes away from you Staff is fantastic as long as you come to them with a cool head Maintenance was on point for the most part when it came to personal home issues If I could change something minor about this place is the secure doors They try to fix this but the tenants usually thwart this to make it easier to get in and out Fix the darn hydraulics door closer The doors slam everytime someone enters but you sleep through this after about 3 months of vacancynnOverall I give 4 stars due to the price being higher than I believe it should be They did care and help out during the pandemic but it still was minor Thank you staff for making my stay there mostly pleasurable more ... hide ...
