Ive lived here for 3 years and to be honest, Ive been lucky with my stay here. Is there crime, yes. Is there noisy neighbors, yes. But people fail to remember is its an apartment complex in a big little city. My only truIve lived here for 3 years and to be honest, Ive been lucky with my stay here. Is there crime, yes. Is there noisy neighbors, yes. But people fail to remember is its an apartment complex in a big little city. My only true complaint is that the rent is pretty ridiculous for a roughly 550 square feet apartment. Yes, I understand that youre paying for convenience, everything you need is literally 10-15 minutes away from you. Staff is fantastic as long as you come to them with a cool head. Maintenance was on point for the most part when it came to personal home issues. If I could change something minor about this place is the \"secure doors\". They try to fix this but the tenants usually thwart this to make it easier to get in and out. Fix the darn hydraulics door closer. The doors slam everytime someone enters, but you sleep through this after about 3 months of vacancy.Overall, I give 4 stars due to the price being higher than I believe it should be. They did care and help out during the pandemic, but it still was minor. Thank you staff for making my stay there mostly pleasurable.more ...hide ...

Ive lived here for over 15 years. Apartments are spacious with a huge walk in closet. Two pull cords for emergencies. Grab bars in the tub/shower area. Never had problems with bugs. If you are rowdy, break the rules, etc., then dont expect it. Giving is receiving! I am moving and will miss management so very much! Not the residents or neighborhood though. Residents arent violent. Just not my type. Im not saying Im any better than anyone. Just need to move to a place that is more suited for me trying to convince myself that Im still young!
