If you have any other choice do not rent form this apartment location. The company that owns it has better well kept apartment buildings with nice tenants. I do not know why they are letting this one be overran with people that dont know how to live properly. I have contacted the apartment leasing agent and the company that owns the building. Most traditional insurance agencies dont cover so they have a company they recommend. The price is comparable to most rental insurance agencies.
