During this period, the property has had four different managers. Some of them were great, some not so much, and some were just okay. The current manager, Charise, is a standout. She's incredibly effective, pays close attention to detail, and is an excellent manager. I'm very impressed with her professionalism. She keeps the residents in the loop via emails, informing them about building improvements, maintenance, etc. Her combination of great leadership and being a kind person is something I don't see often. I visit my mother twice weekly and I'm always impressed by the peacefulness, tidiness, and welcomeness of the building. I don't hear any noise from the neighbors either, so either my mother is one lucky lady or the building is well-built. A few years ago, the entire property underwent refurbishments and modernizations, which I love. We Love our apartment and it is a very nice, kind, friendly place to live. We have resident get togethers, place Bingo, and have Pitch in Dinners. As with every apartment complex there are issues. But the nice apartments
