Fast forward to recently, and I was thrilled to be approved, planning to make this place my home. I had planned to do this based on my prior experience; however, I was mistaken. The unit I was given was filthy - the toilet even had grime in it. When I asked the manager why they would show a unit in such disarray, her response was that it was "rent ready". The carpet had been cleaned, but there were two sections that had visible damage, which the cleaners said they could do nothing about and management refused to replace. I had one day to move out of my old apartment, and no other options but to clean it up. Needless to say, I am both upset and angry. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Update: The management at Lafayette Landing has changed three times in less than two years. I recently tried to call the current manager about my rent payment not being applied to my account, but I was hung up on. She was extremely argumentative and would not let me get a word in, making for a very unprofessional experience. 2/2/2022. more ... hide ...

The worst place i have live the management team is very rude they move me in and it was infested with bed bugs i was biting up so bad and when i said something they try to down play i asked did they know it had bed bugs they said yes it was so bad th The worst place i have live the management team is very rude they move me in and it was infested with bed bugs i was biting up so bad and when i said something they try to down play i asked did they know it had bed bugs they said yes it was so bad they had to do a heat treatment but i moved in and july and could go home till aug that how long it took for them to do the treatment and they didnt even credit me for the month i payed also my lease was up June 30 and i moved out june 30 and i moved turn my key in and now they trying to say my lease wasnt up into july and i owe for moving out early i have contact the corporate office and the main office to get this fix and i have not received any call back i would never move into this place again and would not recommend any body to move in there more ... hide ...
