One month later, some boys from the area kicked in my back door and took it off the hinges. Subsequently, my shed was broken into and it took them six months to replace the handle. My toilet flooded and it took 24 hours to get someone to come look at it and they said it wasn't an emergency. More recently, a neighborhood dog attacked my son and we've had multiple hospital visits, but they won't take accountability for any of it. The property manager is partial and biased. She only follows the rules for certain people. To avoid a lot of trouble, don't move here. For sure, it's the worst decision you will ever make. After conversing with many other nearby residents, I'm not the only one who thinks this way, I'm just not scared to be vocal about it. more ... hide ...

Ive been a resident since October and management has been great Anything that has broke has been fixed promptly The other residents in my area are respectful of each other

I dont live there but as i was reading the reviews and seen that management only replies to tenants that give 5 stars has to make me wonder about the management

They continue to raise the rent without making any cosmetic changes to the apartments This place is not worth what they charge you especially since the main office barely knows whats going on most of the time
