Started out good last November when family member was placed there Once in and new wears off whole other story Im a Professional Care Giver much of 30 years worked in Management for years and Cert Food Service Mgr Food sucks and is not made from scrStarted out good last November when family member was placed there Once in and new wears off whole other story Im a Professional Care Giver much of 30 years worked in Management for years and Cert Food Service Mgr Food sucks and is not made from scratch or similar to it Medical staff does not return calls or inform of some of the changes I have cleaned the unit more than once His clothes have been lost at times He moved from 3rd floor to first floor His dresser and some items sat upstairs about 5 weeks until I made a trip from Cass Co got a cart and moved it myself I made calls to try to assist and coordinate helping the move Victoria never returned I would move a whole unit then start the next onenToday I have not been called back by medical staff for 4 days since an emergency Im trying to coordinate while my by legknee is impaired home on ice most of last several days Im still trying to update them ask about his power chair and a Provider asked me to talk to them about a new script They say they check vm frequently and call backBullliesnTiffany is a superstar She started on desk and rough around the edges She has worked hard and bloomed into a Professional She needs recognizednIt is very disorganized and the staff do not keep their word when they arrange to take care of somethingnnToday at this moment he sits as an amputee who went by ambulance days ago to the hospital ready to be discharged Social Worker made arrangements earlier today and was told they would pick him up at 330pm No one showed up at that time No communication with hospital 4 calls have been made in the last hour plus and still no one there to pick him up It is 451 pmnnMedicaid facility Looks nice but internal mess needs help People who live there deserve better no matter their income Humans are humansmore ...hide ...
