i lived at pheasant ridge for 8 yrs i believe i was a single mom with a pet the staff got me in when noone else would i lived in bldg 3524 i absolutely was ok with the place i wish the pool was open but unfortunetly it didnt happen they went th i lived at pheasant ridge for 8 yrs i believe i was a single mom with a pet the staff got me in when noone else would i lived in bldg 3524 i absolutely was ok with the place i wish the pool was open but unfortunetly it didnt happen they went thru 3 diffrent mgrs before amber finally came back started enforcing rules the playground is now a dog run which is pretty cool its pet friendly i had zero problems with any roaches or bugs or mice companies came sprayed at least once a month inspections reguraly its not a extravagant place to live but it was home to me and above all the rooms were nice sized which you cant get Anywere else if you dont like noise then ya may want to live in a bubble more ... hide ...

I scheduled an appointment for a viewing I called right before and they said yes continue to come at 10 am then when I arrived the two ladys in the office talked for a good 5 Mins before addressing me put on there coat took one step outside then said I scheduled an appointment for a viewing I called right before and they said yes continue to come at 10 am then when I arrived the two ladys in the office talked for a good 5 Mins before addressing me put on there coat took one step outside then said they dont do viewing in the rain idk what seeing the inside of an apartment has to do with the weather and made me reschedule after diving all the way there before work then I was talking to my co workers and they all said DO NOT live there from personal experience or the viewing they saw was enough for them then reading the reviews and crime here Im very disappointed and annoyed What a huge waist of my time setting an appointment showing up having to reschedule I already took out the money order for the application and had to pay a fee just for the money order I didnt even get to my viewing and I highly recommend you to just drop any thought you had about this place more ... hide ...
