I was here for a decade and it was plagued by management and maintenance issues throughout. They've switched management up several times since then but nothing has really changed. They've switched management up several times since then but nothing has really changed. I left in 2018 and did all the paperwork to break my lease, only to find out later that they had filed eviction notices against me, which really hurt my credit and rental history. I called them up to find out why they had done this and they said they had lost my documents and not updated their records. I know of three other people this happened to too. They don't think twice about hiring maintenance staff who openly admit they have no training and don't know what they're doing. We asked for help and nothing happened, but they still marked it as completed. The staff are messy (leaving caulk, paint chips and stains on the carpet) and never clean up after themselves. They also like to stick personal information on other people's doors or outside for anyone to see. This place is also plagued by pests, rodents, roof leaks, water damage, lost paperwork, mold and package thieves. On top of that, the buildings are literally falling apart.
