This place is total incompetence. I was here for a decade and it was plagued by management and maintenance issues throughout. They've switched management up several times since then but nothing has really changed. I left in 2018 and did all the paper This place is total incompetence. I left in 2018 and did all the paperwork to break my lease, only to find out later that they had filed eviction notices against me, which really hurt my credit and rental history. I called them up to find out why they had done this and they said they had lost my documents and not updated their records. I know of three other people this happened to too. They don't think twice about hiring maintenance staff who openly admit they have no training and don't know what they're doing. We asked for help and nothing happened, but they still marked it as completed. The staff are messy (leaving caulk, paint chips and stains on the carpet) and never clean up after themselves. They also like to stick personal information on other people's doors or outside for anyone to see. This place is also plagued by pests, rodents, roof leaks, water damage, lost paperwork, mold and package thieves. On top of that, the buildings are literally falling apart. Infested with rodents and roaches

Loved living here for 25 years Staff is always great to me Neighbors can be hit or miss mine are a total hit and sometimes things do not get fixed right away but management really does their best to please everyone

The office staff is terrible and they never fix things on time But the site itself is wonderful They really only deserve 2 stars Again your biggest problem will be the rude and dry office staff
