Just two weeks after moving in, both of my cars had their windows broken. I spoke to the Property Manager, Teenk I have been living in Autumn Woods Apartments for the past year and unfortunately, it has been a nightmare. Just two weeks after moving in, both of my cars had their windows broken. I spoke to the Property Manager, Teenka, who said it was out of her control. Three weeks later, a resident across the street was shooting people and cars from the balcony. Two months after that, one of my cars and a neighbor's car were broken into and the steering wheels were taken from both. We both talked to Teenka again, but she still did not care and once again said it was out of her control. Recently, there was a drive-by shooting outside the complex and security was only put in place after the incident. We asked if it was possible to renew our contract month-to-month so we could find somewhere else to live, but Teenka gave me an attitude and said no. After explaining all the terrible incidents we had experienced in the apartments, she showed no interest in helping us. To make matters worse, the complex is heavily infested with rats and it takes weeks for a terminator to come and the rats still appear regularly even after the exterminator has been. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. You should look for somewhere else where the staff actually cares and where you don't have to worry about yourself or your property being damaged. more ... hide ...
