They said they would update it, but they didn't. The WIFI is horrendous - I've never heard of Moonbeam WIFI - and it was so slow and kept cutting out that I couldn't work from home during the pandemic. The kitchen is too narrow to fit anyone, and there are plumbing problems every day, especially with the dishwasher. Two of the stove burners haven't worked for two months. Maintenance comes quickly, but it seems like the problems never get fixed or they're only fixed temporarily. The stove has no numbers on it, so I don't know what temperature I'm setting it to. I went through the entire winter with the heat going off and on and the hot water lasting for only 20 minutes. I feel like the money I'm paying for my apartment isn't worth it. Do not move here; I do not recommend it at all. And the roaches! Even though I keep my house spotless, I still get them. There's been a hole in the wall since I moved in, and the door knobs have been loose. I even had to fix my front door myself because it was falling off. more ... hide ...

I have been living in Autumn Woods Apartments for the past year and unfortunately, it has been a nightmare. Just two weeks after moving in, both of my cars had their windows broken. Three weeks later, a resident across the street was shooting people and cars from the balcony. Two months after that, one of my cars and a neighbor's car were broken into and the steering wheels were taken from both. We both talked to Teenka again, but she still did not care and once again said it was out of her control. Recently, there was a drive-by shooting outside the complex and security was only put in place after the incident. We asked if it was possible to renew our contract month-to-month so we could find somewhere else to live, but Teenka gave me an attitude and said no. After explaining all the terrible incidents we had experienced in the apartments, she showed no interest in helping us. To make matters worse, the complex is heavily infested with rats and it takes weeks for a terminator to come and the rats still appear regularly even after the exterminator has been. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. You should look for somewhere else where the staff actually cares and where you don't have to worry about yourself or your property being damaged. more ... hide ...
