I got one of these stickers for not having a parking permit, even though I had been told she ran out and not to worry about it. The new manager will also threaten your small children that if they do not clean the entire property she will fine their parents $100. Not to mention the minors smoking and throwing cigarette butts everywhere. Also in the past 3 weeks all 4 of my tires have been popped. These are only a couple of the long list of complaints myself and my fellow neighbors have about living here.
