2019-09-20T14:14:48ZStarting with the pros the apartment itself is nice and a decent price for living in Midtown The maintenance crew is also very helpful and nice and they come quick once they are notified of an issuenHowever the management is terrible My roommate and Starting with the pros the apartment itself is nice and a decent price for living in Midtown The maintenance crew is also very helpful and nice and they come quick once they are notified of an issuenHowever the management is terrible My roommate and I called multiple times about house centipedes in our apartment and found a crack in the floorboard that they were coming in through Somebody did come once to fill the crack but they didnt fill it completely and the centipedes were still a problem We called many more times and nothing else was done In addition we called multiple times regarding a broken garbage disposal Maintenance did come and fix it multiple times it was something wrong with the disposal itself nothing we were doing to the disposal and we made sure it was working when we moved out but we still got charged 100 to replace it The phone is never answered when you call the front desk and when it is most of the time there is never any follow through Would not recommend living here if you dont want to deal with unresponsive management more ...
