It felt like trying to pull teeth just to get a response from her. Despite this, the apartments seem nice for the location and amenities that come along with it (daycare on premises, pool, community room, etc.) If not for this interaction with the staff member then my rating would be 3 1/2 - 4 stars. It is unfortunate that this housing opportunity has been overruled due to out of touch staff; one must choose wisely! Additionally, if you are going to assume things without listening carefully first then don't think yourself as Cleo; taking responsibility is key here! more ... hide ...

I have been living at Country View Apt. for a few years and it has been a great experience. However, my friend who lived there had a horrible experience; Kim and Cherri are the worst managers. Kim has an extremely bad attitude and all her tenants despise her - she is an evil person who does not adhere to the golden rule of treating others as she would like to be treated. Everyone should avoid living under their management! Beware! Do not move there! The Thompson account is a false one - they are lying. Do not move there! The managers are like snakes and Kim will kick you out and sneak into your apartment when you're not there, taking your things for her personal use. I think she may even be racist. But God sees all that they are doing and I hope this helps you choose wisely. Do not move there! I am not here to argue with you, but it seems this is your first apartment and I have lived in different places and this has to be the worst management I have ever seen. I am grateful my friend no longer lives there. You are just excited to finally have a place to live, but don't put up with being disrespected.
