I have resided here for approximately 6 years, and the preceding management before the summer of 2018 was excellent! They were always attentive to their tenants and maintenance was outstanding. Since the new management has been in charge, maintenance is sluggish, the office manager is impolite, and I have not heard one complimentary remark about the alterations in management and the remodeling that has been done. Moreover, they have implemented a total "smoke free" policy. This includes no smoking in the apartments or anywhere on the premises. Since the new anti-smoking rule was implemented, I have observed the office staff smoking on the premises multiple times. Moreover, they never answer the phones! Moreover, the prices have escalated by $40+ monthly because of the renovation.Would you enjoy grilling? Unfortunately, you are not allowed to have one on the property. Do you like feeding birds? Sorry, you are unable to do this. Do you savor spending time on your porch? Make certain that your furniture is presentable because anything less will not be accepted. Do you enjoy gardening or admiring nice landscaping? Sadly, you are unable to plant anything and the renovation removed most of the plants. Do you sometimes like to smoke? This is not possible, due to the 100% no smoking policy (even in your vehicle). Do you use a ramp to get onto the sidewalk to enter your house? You'll have to traverse half the complex to locate one. I have had nothing but problems with the management 1st i had to leave several messages regarding the ants in my home and i still have them so they did nothing second i didnt get my lease till last month when i called about it twice even though i mo I have had nothing but problems with the management 1st i had to leave several messages regarding the ants in my home and i still have them so they did nothing second i didnt get my lease till last month when i called about it twice even though i moved in in feb 1st then they gave me the last tenants lease now they dont wanna except money order gotta do all this extra stuff to pay rent and on top of that i have to go pay for a mailbox key and hope they credit my account after all of this i bet ill have problems with that just very unprofessional and the communication sucks even before the covid19 Cant wait till my lease is up more ... hide ...
