I've been in this apartment for ten months, but I'm not yet able to move due to financial reasons. This place is filled with drunks, drug dealers and people yelling and fighting in the hallways. This place is filled with drunks, drug dealers and people yelling and fighting in the hallways. Even inside my apartment, I can still hear them through the thin walls. There are roaches and ants running around as well as drafty windows that make it difficult to keep warm; my thermostat has to stay at 80+ degrees just so my small place won't be freezing cold. Everyone who comes into the building - whether they live there or not - has to sign in/out at security desk, including guests who want to go across the street. The security guards always have an attitude with everyone, swearing and threatening them too. My sister helps me out since I'm 8 months pregnant; however she's underage so I have to go downstairs every time she visits me. Moreover, both bathroom/kitchen sinks have been giving me problems since I moved in--just got fixed last month though! For a week during winter season there was no heat because of motor vent issue--had someone from outside come do it right after third attempt by a man who didn't know what he was doing failed! This experience taught me valuable lesson: always check things first before making decision! As far as reviews go...I'm first one here so couldn't tell how bad this place is beforehand; hopefully other people will find out from me before entering here themselves!
