If you don't mind drafty windows, an elevator that malfunctions from time to time and a garage door that has periodic breakdowns---this is the place for you! The management is very hospitable but when things break down it's extremely exasperating. Another peculiarity of this place is the stairs. There is a single, carpeted, emergency stairwell and one slim, steep habitual stairwell. Neither of these stairwells link to the principal lobby where the mailboxes and main entrance are located. Also, you can't take advantage of these as entries since they're not equipped with key cards. Thus, if the elevator stops working and you require your mail, you have to go out of the building, back in to get your letters, out again, and then back in via the side door. If it's later in the evening you have to walk to the side of the building, descend the parking ramp and up the stairs. As you can guess, it's very irritating. I have no idea how the many people with scooters and wheelchairs navigate when the lift is unoperational. In conclusion, if you're in search of a clean, spacious, affordable place with amiable people, can cope with drafty windows, the elevator and garage door malfunctioning, and don't have a problem with a convoluted stairwell system, then more ... hide ...
