I wouldnt recommend this place its not so great here The apartments are loud and you can hear neighbors kids running up and down the hallways and crying babies which is expected with apartment living But its the ongoing construction that has made my I wouldnt recommend this place its not so great here The apartments are loud and you can hear neighbors kids running up and down the hallways and crying babies which is expected with apartment living But its the ongoing construction that has made my stay here unbearable In the past 8 months its been nonstop projects construction dirty hallways water shut downs and loud hammering noises all throughout the daynIm all for updates and improving the property but more than a 24 hour notice from management would be nice Theyve also updated our kitchen appliances to smaller and cheaper things more ... hide ...

I rented at the bluffs for for 3 years The building is lovely but only the building While I lived there I contacted management about maintenance and other things around the building that were in need of repair They would say they would get to them an I rented at the bluffs for for 3 years The building is lovely but only the building While I lived there I contacted management about maintenance and other things around the building that were in need of repair They would say they would get to them and wouldnt do it They charged me for things on move out that they said I didnt pay for They didnt send me an itemized copy of damages I had to call them multiple times about this information They charged me to get the carpet cleaned when they told me they were ripping the carpet out and to not worry about it When I talked to the manger Sabrina she was very rude and not helpful The old manager Allison was at least helpful Save yourself the headache and dont rent here There are so many better places for much less more ... hide ...
