When I moved in, my apartment looked as if it had never been cleaned since the last time someone lived there, my carpet was filthy, and the kitchen cabinet paint is so cheap, it comes right off with the smallest wipe. Every time I have a maintenance issue, I have to call multiple times because the maintenance orders dont get put in. Honestly, the only great employees here, are the maintenance men. Very friendly. Since I have lived here, the gates have never consistently worked, and there is always police here.
