If you make a maintenance request, you won't get a response for a few hours and the problem usually isn't fixed. We have had a broken window since spring, but all that's been done about it is putting a sign on it that says "Don't Open". We have had a broken window since spring, but all that's been done about it is putting a sign on it that says "Don't Open". It's now almost August and there's still no word on when they'll repair it. Every floor has at least one broken washer and dryer that never get fixed (even though the property manager was told, he asked me to call maintenance about all the six damaged units, even though maintenance was with him when I talked to him). The elevator is shaking and making loud noises. People have started leaving notes about which washers and dryers are not working, so no one else loses money (although they don't give refunds even with a formal complaint). They also recently washed the windows, and they entered the apartments and took out all the screens, leaving them in the middle of the apartments for almost three weeks, even though the windows have been washed and there's no word on when the screens will be replaced. The mailboxes are covered with grime and are hard to open due to a leak from the ceiling that was never properly cleaned. We've gone the whole year without a call box number, even though we've asked for one several times. more ... hide ...
