I love living here I havent had any issue thus far and management is the best and very helpful I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place and neighborhood to live in

Worst experience Ive ever had at an apartment Not to mention no matter how well you take care of and clean your apartment while you live there and when you leave YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK No one ever does

Management has changed the time in the last two years but the new management seems more determined to keep her job She tells you how it is and how it is not going to be Which you cant get mad at The community is beautiful They make an effort to keep Management has changed the time in the last two years but the new management seems more determined to keep her job She tells you how it is and how it is not going to be Which you cant get mad at The community is beautiful They make an effort to keep it up And since the new management the maintenance staff has been on there A game If you love kids there is a park which every kid the complex will be standing in front of in the evenings so please drive slow We didnt go out to the park much when we lived out there due to the kids but to each his own There is a pool and volley ball court never in use it would be better if they took out all that sand and put a basketball court there instead There are a few activities for the community But not as many as the previous management Win some you lose some At the end of the day this is a great income restricted residence to get you on your feet and start saving No big dogs like pits or dangerous animals Water is paid in addition to your rent And electric is Singing River more ... hide ...
