Two rental hikes a year are the only downside; otherwise, having someone in security 24/7 plus improved hallways is a major plus! My girlfriend is living there and loves it.

I'll be frank: I'm not a local. However, I do know someone who used to work here. Police are always present due to the high crime rate in the area. If you desire a safe, decent place to live, then I suggest looking elsewhere.
