Some of my neighbors have had their cars broken into, and one of them had their catalytic converter stolen. The sidewalks are unclean, the pool needs to be cleaned more often, and the patio furniture in the back is dirty and outdated. The laundry rooms are filthy, and there is a lack of communication in the office - some staff don't know the answers to questions. I could list other issues, but I'll stop here. The good news is that the two ladies in the office are very helpful and kind. They come to fix things promptly and provide groceries for families in need from the food bank. They host parties and activities for the residents from time to time. They do an overall good job, but certain things can be improved, like in any apartment complex. more ... hide ...
