We have been given the runaround; they came out to fix it, told us it was a motor issue and had to order a repla I am posting here in an attempt to get someone's attention as our heat/AC unit has not been working since February and it is now April 7. We have been given the runaround; they came out to fix it, told us it was a motor issue and had to order a replacement part, but two weeks later we were informed that the wrong part had been ordered and then were told it was electrical. On Monday, maintenance personnel and the property manager showed up expecting me to know what the electrical issue was despite not being provided any answers. They refused to do anything about it that day with no word on Tuesday either. The next day they said someone would come by within an hour but nobody showed up. Last night, my apartment reached 85 degrees--not safe for me or my 3 young kids--and we can't afford to hire someone else so we called after hours maintenance again only to be told once more that it is a PARTS problem rather than electrical. They said someone would arrive by noon today but its 1:30pm now and there's still no sign of them. We are now going contact their parent company with a complaint as well as our city in an effort to see what other options there may be; charging over $1000/mo yet providing no AC is intolerable and our patience has worn thin so I strongly advise against moving here! more ...
