It will be me 35 my 3 yr old daughter alaya my fiance Rodney 45 and one on the way We got approved for HUD housing through catholic charities We were approved for a 3 br and they said the rent and utilities couldnt exceed 1075 She said we had 90 days to find a place and that was the end of Feb We really would like a 3 br house but at this point a 3 br townhouse or 3 br downstairs apt would be more than ok I work at dura shield out on 13 and I bring home 520wk My fiance does roofing and depending on the weather he brings home anywhere from 200 to 800 Just depends We dont have any pets and we dont smoke We are very clean quiet people We keep to ourselves and our 3 yr old is also very well behaved

Unfortunately I dont have much of a rental history for the last 5 years I am currently going through a divorce We have been separated for almost 1 yr in which Ive stayed with a family member Before that I lived with my ex husband in a house that we owned My credit score isnt very impressive Maybe a 550 but Im currently working very hard to rebuild my credit I also dont have an impressive background In 2016 I was charged with f5 poss of drugs Since then Ive worked very hard to change my life Other than a couple traffic violations Ive stayed out of trouble I know on paper Im not going to be anyones first pickand for some maybe not even their last pick But I have a small family that I love and want and need to provide for We just really need someone to give us a chance so we can rebuild our lives #*#*# hidden# Thank you in advance for your time and consideration
