Since nov 13th 2019 we moved from belen to Albuquerque unexpected from after living in our apartnent for 7 years my husband martin was the maintance manager the whole time and i helped him we didnt pay rent for those years we did everything from showing rentals getting them ready for move in and outs as well as evicting tenants and going to court with owners for evictions he did all repairs roofing windows plumbing holes yard work ectthen the owner got oldsick and gave power of attorney over to her daughter and she kicked out every single personfamily out of apartmentswe had a verbal agreement w the owner that if she was to sell place she would put us up in somewherr for 6months that never happend couldnt prove it and the judge gave us 5 days so we left to Albuquerque without a plan b no money so we lived from motels to motels for three years after until we had found the family shelter to help house us for almost a year and get us into voucher program thank the lord but we have till the 11th to find a place so we really need this n are very interested its our area where we need ti be for my daughters schooling and my work
