hello I am a 33 year old female , looking to move as soon as possible . I have a Section 8 voucher out of Aurora Colorado . I am currently approved for a five bedroom voucher, but I am settling for 4 because it is hard to find a 5 bedroom. My case worker is okay with whatever I can find as long as it's a four or a five bedroom. Now the four bedroom voucher is $2,300 and the five bedroom voucher is $2,500. I currently work part-time at a restaurant and I am currently involved in a domestic violence case which is causing me to quickly move under the domestic violence Colorado act law which allows me to break my lease with no penalties and move smoothly. I currently have a victims advocate who is working with me. My victims advocate has funded me first month's rent in order for me to move quickly however she is not allowed to provide the deposit until after I am accepted, my victims advocate will then put in the paperwork for the deposit and with my situation she has guaranteed that it will be approved. Now on the other hand if that is a problem with the deposit then I do currently have $1,000 in savings that I can use for a down payment on the deposit and I hope that can be enough to at least get me in until the landlord is approved for the deposit by my victims advocate. I have signed a release for information to a landlord if you have any questions to my victims advocate that you have as far as funding and the situation in itself. As I stated before there will be no problems moving it will only just be you having to deal with the process of my section 8 worker and my victims advocate. Now I am aware of section 8 can take sometime to do things but under the circumstances of me being a victim of domestic violence I have been reassured that things can move quicker than usual. I am a single female with eight children. I have a 13 and 12 year old then I have a 6-year-old a 5-year-old and a set of twins that are 4 years old and then a 3-year-old and finally the two-year-old. Yes these are all my children and we are one big happy family. I have three baby fathers and two of them are currently active in the children's lives so they are not always at home we do have shared custody. So I hope to find something at least with a large enough backyard so they can play I'm not really worried too much about the bedroom sizes, since the rooms are only used for sleeping, but I would like a nice size basement for a play area for the children. I do not have any pets at the time and I don't plan on getting any! There are plenty of children for that ????. I currently am in a four bedroom house in the mission Viejo neighborhood. I have been living in this house for 3 years with no problems and the landlord can verify how good I kept up with her property. Although I have a lot of kids some people worry about me having a lot of children. But I promise you I am a mother that is strict and I have rules and there are boundaries set. I am a very clean and organized woman and I have very much respect for other people's possessions. Although I am a renter I do understand that people like to keep their property in good condition and I have no problem with the agreeing to the conditions that need to be kept for a house. Also I do have security cameras that I will be transferring over and I hope that is not a problem I have had the security cameras for me and my children safety and I would like to transfer them with me to my new home and I hope it will not be a problem. I have a professional home security system so I will not be doing any of the installation myself it will be professionally done by 'Vivint security'.

my rental history is great I have been on section 8 for the past 5 years and before the place I am currently in I lived in for 2 years and then they discovered black mold underneath the tiling in the bathroom, so I did not renew my lease I moved to where I am now and I have been here for 3 years and my landlord is very pleased with how I keep up with her house.
