For the past approaching 3 years now my son and I have been a resident of the formally named Catalina Towers Apts We are seeking new residency due to the fact that The Catalina Towers Apts was recently bought out by the Greenwater management LLC company They started to remodel the property and decided to raise the rent of the units and change the name to Villas Del Parriso Along with the name change like I mentioned the began remodeling the property and the units and decided to raise the rent to close to 1000 per unit and in doing so also decided that all residents under the section 8 program or HUD would be allowed to remain a resident for the remainder of there lease term but once it expired we would have to seek other residency else where So this is the reason that Im seeking a new place to call home Prior to moving in here I was temporarily living at my mothers residence for about I lil more than a year Prior to that I was living in a small duplex that was unfortunately infested with bedbugs prior to me moving in The landlord failed to inform me of this problem Once I found out and brought it to my landlords attention she tried to remedy the situation by having her daughter come out to my unit to spray for the bed bugs but this only made the situation worse I demanded the she had they it professionally treated which caused the landlord to become angered at the fact she had to pay a lot money to have the unit treated professionally So much so that she refused to take my rent payment lied once it was time for court and eventually caused for me to be evicted from the unit which I still think is Unfair on my behalf but I was unable to do anything about it so its unfortunately on my record Im a respectful mind my own business type of neighbor willing to lend a helping hand to any of my neighbors
