I am a single 52yr old man w no children and never been married I am an honorably discharged veteran of The US Army and served during The Gulf War EraOperation Desert Storm My field of work has always revolved around Computer Technology in one way or another I am currently unemployed and am still in recovery from a series of strokes I suffered consecutively as a result of Covid 19 I have regained full mobility of my right side all the way down to my right hand That unfortunately has not been regained as of yet but with continued hard work in rehabilitation I hope to that is why I am looking to rent single story or ground level Stairs pose a tendency of being a bit of a challenge for me Considering my current standings I know that my getting back to work is more than likely going to be work at home part time type of job in tech support of some nature hence my looking for a 2br place 1 to sleep in and 1 for home office I am interested in a house duplex multiplex or town house I have #*#*# hidden# per mo allotted to me that will be honored for 1yr before recertification My electric has been covered by a program I am in called LEAPP and my food and health care are covered by the DES through ACCESS and SNAP I am a very quiet respectful man that likes to mind his own business but at the same time very friendly and approachable as well I recently lived at the same address for 4yrs unfortunately it couldnt pass inspection so I had to move to my current address about 1yr ago The quality and service that I have received upon moving here has been very low and unacceptable yet I still maintain good standings as a Tennant on my part How ever that is the reason amongst other things why I want to move Lastly I have 2 service animals They are cats A boy and a girl both are about 1 12 and 2 yrs old they are 100 indoor cats they are both fixed w shots and I have paperwork on both of them
