I grew up in the NE panhandle area I am looking for a property close to my niece in Bridgeport NE I understand the doctors are good there I have need of being close to medical facilities that fill my needs I stay quiet mostly not really a very active person I have a long standing hobby that requires some garage space or a shed and the second bedroom a 1 bedroom also works if there is a garage or shed I am looking for someone I can train on a minilathe and then hopefully sell it It is one of the hobby listings I have and is the reason I need the garage or shed It sits on a 4 foot by 6 foot table currently and I have the tools to operate it I have a section 8 voucher paying 470 right now but I dont have to buy any insurance plans In moving there I would have to buy into insurance and would prefer to keep rent including utilities to around 350month I drive a small pickup truck not sure it will make the trip to NE so I cannot give you vehicle information at this time Also I am not sure how your rates are in the Nebraska panhandle so it is difficult to know what payments I can manage are I honestly dont know what more you would want to know I have a few things not yet worked out for making such a move If you call and it rolls to voice mailbox hang up and call back I dont care for cell phones but apparently that is the name of the game one more thing I will have to deal with in the move
