Hello I am a 35 year old female that is porting from Baltimore MD to Philadelphia PA to be closer to my family I have 2 Pit bull mix dogs ages #*#*# hidden# that are well trained and house broken i have a 1 bedroom voucher but i would like to find a landlord who would be willing to work with me and get a 2 or 3 bedroom house I know it is possible because i have been with the voucher program since 2009 and have always had a 2 or 3 bedroom house I work full time and will be transferring my job i do have 1 vehicle i prefer a house with a fenced in yard and without carpet i dont want carpet because of my dogs shedding Very clean tenant and i dont have a lot of company i would also like the house to either have a washer and dryer or at least hook ups I have always been told that i am a great tenant i pay my bills and i dont mess up my house i take pride in my home and if something minor would happen like needing to paint or some other things i would rather do it myself then to bother my landlord I am also looking to be close to the Cobbs Creek area but will go to other areas If the neighborhood is bad I wont want to stay there after my lease is up so please dont contact me if you know a lot of things happen in the area the house is located in I am looking forward to hearing from you and hopefully find my next house with you Thank you for your time
