I am looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house or a apartmentI am currently living in Hattiesburg MS #*#*# hidden# area I have a rental history I only had 5 different places of residence 4 landlords I left in good standing each time always take care of any property I live on I moved from those places because of life changing situations and two of them were because of pest and maintenance issues I would much rather rent a place and stay a few years It is only me and my three children ages 14 5 and 2 I also teach my children to take care of where they live I am currently looking to move by July 30th I am leaving the place I am living in now because of maintenance rental paying and poor communication issues with my apartment complex front office I have been dealing with mold issues which has affected me and my childrens health I have been living here since May of 2020 and have been suffering because of the AC unit in the apartment goes out they just came in a changed the unit in May of 2022 but only because I threatened to report them for not accommodation for their tenants there are so many leaks here that they have been ordering a part for since March 2022 I just want to be in a clean and comfortable area and houseapt I dont want to have problems or cause problems with anyone but as far as me and my childrens health this is not fair to me or them Im unemployed at this time but is searching for work I do have income through child support and contributions I also do side jobs to keep money for bills I also will be going to cosmetology school soon Overall I just want a safe and clean environment for me and my children
