Hello Im Stephaniemy son Kris and I are currently looking for a 2 bedroom home that we can move into as soon as possible my voucher is good for a 2 bed room and up to 1290 on my voucher it says I pay 300 and section 8 takes care of the remaining I already have a total of 2000 already saved to get into a place Our voucher expires at the end of December and we have been having a very hard time finding someone who will rent to us because I do have a eviction that Im currently paying on the eviction is 2 years ago I had a roommate never again and they decided once we got into the apartment they were no longer going to pay the rent I was stuck paying 1300 a month and the electric bill the apartments said they could not take them off the lease without them coming in and agreeing to be taken off the lease and Id have to add somone else to the lease that would pay the other half When I lost my job as a general manager at Dominos of 4 years to covid reasons I had no choice but to go to the office and tell them my situation I agreed to hand the keys over and volunteer to move outThey labeled it as a cause by natural disaster I am the only one who is currently making payments to collections for the apartment as my old roommate refuses to pay anything I have applied at so many places and the only thing keeping me from getting accepted is this nightmare eviction I hope somone out here can please give us a chance and rent to us we are very clean and very quite no pets and no smoking
