Hello my name is LaTaya Jackson Im a single mother of four Im currently looking for a 3bd single Family house I have four children 1 girl 11 boy 8 boy 5 boy 4 All currently attending school I as well attend school fulltime for culinary arts I hope to stay located In Thornton area and or Westminster or Broomfield My lease is up in November at my current home and the owners has come upon finance hardship and has to obtain his place of residence back Ive had a pretty good track on section 8 program I fulfill my lease term Ive been on the section 8 program for 45 years now and Ive had some challenges with finding places but its difficult in the pay of voucher and the asking price of the rental properties My credit is not in the best standing but Ive been working with Lexington Law to try and get my credit back in line Me and my kids currently receive ssi benefits I really want the opportunity to get myself out of section 8 so Ill be able to purchase a home one day in which this sudden move has detoured my plans I just need a spacious place like the one was moving from so my kids will continue to enjoy their 15ft pool and 15 ft pool definitely was thinking longterm at our current residence But things change Im hoping this is a advanced towards my goal I hope you all have a home for me and my little ones especially with the holidays coming
