I I left him right wing 5 years Ive rented here for 4 years always paid my rent on time very good renter clean quiet I do the yard work its a duplex I have a lot of references oh I did live in a place for a year before this place and I have a good reference there I have a lot of references to people Ive worked with here when we first moved here like people through the schools and the county and professional people I do have to move from here because the landlord did not pass the inspections and is not willing to change anything and does have somebody to buy the property so he is letting us stay here until we find something so Im looking as soon as possible plus the neighborhood is very bad and then we do have a neighbor upstairs that is very dangerous not very very not a good neighbor so we are wanting to find a home as soon as possible
