The best thing about Cielo is the staff hands down. Everyone is helpful and friendly and takes all your concerns seriously. David M. is especially awesome!! Hes attentive, extremely patient, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond assisting me and my daughter with a quick move-in, any questions or concerns we had during our lease, and provided helpful community resources for assistance through a financial gap.Ive lived here for 1.5 years and really appreciate everyone from administrative staff to maintenance and have always been treated respectfully, and never dismissed as \"just a tenant\".I do wish the area was a better neighborhood. There are concerns with homeless people in the area but nothing dangerous. Its a relatively safe and very convenient location. I especially appreciated being in walking distance and just a short drive to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The apt is near the light rail or a quick Lyft/Uber ride to the heart of Downtown Phoenix for nightlife and festivities.A few tips: These are older apartments, and with anything old there are issues like thin walls and routine maintenance, but the staff is on-point with communication. A lot of tenant have lived here for over 5+ years. Overall whether youre starting out or staring over, its a good place to settle for a few years. more ... hide ...

Lived here back in 2001 -2003 years and it was infested with roaches back then. There was mold that grew on the sides of the bathtub and rampant gang activity across the park. Thats why the eventually installed the f ence that now surrounds the complex, cars kept getting broken into. The people at the front desk were nice then but the actual complex was sketchy and filthy. Its a miracle the city has allowed this place to stay open so long¦ I mean all the things I just described are back from 2001¦ and it only changed for the worse¦. more ... hide ...

They straight up STOLE MONEY FROM US. Directly handed our money orders to management and never had any issues paying rent for the 2 years weve been here. Without notice a sheriff comes to my door and tells me Im being evicted and I have minutes to grab what I can. Not only that he shows me papers from the court that says I went a pleated guilty. One I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF ANY ISSUES. Two someone more the likely management went to court on my behalf because I never went to court because I WAS NOT NOTIFIED. This was definitely a plot to get us out so they can renovate and lease the apartment for more money. When we went to talk to the same management we gave the money to she acted as if we were lying was super rude and didnt care that she was basically screwing my life up for no good reason. Wasnt willing to check if they lost the money order or anything just a cold hearted case of I dont care. She claimed she tried to work with us which is a lie because like I said no one notified us. This experience has been a complete nightmare. The apartment arent even worth the prices. No amenities what do ever. Washer rooms never work homeless people constantly hanging around since the gates are never closed. Roaches and you cant forget about the black mold ¤. Thankfully I got approved at a really nice apartment elsewhere but be cautious of the place for the money youre better for renting somewhere else. Lawsuit forsure incoming more ... hide ...
