I had an appointment today to see a model, and no one was at the leasing office. I called the number on the sign (both numbers), no response. I did not get a call back. Confused as to why youd leave the premises (according to the sign) when there was an appointment scheduled. They seemed nice on the phone a week ago. Multiple homeless people hang out at the Circle K storefront 50 feet away. While I have no problem with homeless people and think they need to be cared about too, a crowd is unsettling. There is a random basketball hoop in front of the leasing office, that has a half blocked court due to a portable unit. Dont understand that. No one being at the leasing office seems like a blessing in disguise for me. Use your best judgement and feel the vibe, I did. more ... hide ...

I have been a resident here for almost 2 years. The only reason this review isnt 5 stars is because of the area but this review is about the complex. The staff there Jennifer , Wendy and last but not least Tomi , hav e helped me tremendously and went above and beyond on multiple occasions to make sure I had my issues taken care of. This place is in an area that has been this way as long as Ive lived here, 20 years. So you knew ahead of time where you were going so those folks need to stop. Considering the area these ladies have done the best they could to make this as safe and home like as possible and thats no easy task by any means. I needed a home and they provided me one and Im both grateful and thankful for that . Thank you. more ... hide ...

I have lived in this apartment place for 2 years currently. If you want a place who have all the care in the world for new residents and non for existing then this might be the place for you. Do you like having to pray a nd hope you will have water running in the morning so you can take a shower before your big interview then come on down to sycamore creek. Are you tried of your landlords increasing your rent by regular amounts every year? Well not here! At sycamore you can have a $700 rent one year and over $1000 rent for the exact same space no upgrades, no consistent water, laundry room is iffy at best, and they wont even tow people who park in your spot unless they have been there for 24 hours. If these are the things you are looking for in a place then this is the place for you.To be clear there have been times where the water is off for multiple days in a row. It happened so much that it was a WEEKLY event. They will constantly the money parts of the laundry room but not fix any of the broken machines. Rent is out of control they are skyrocketing prices for new residents or renewing leases. I highly do not recommend this apartment place. more ... hide ...

I went to see the apartment. I had made an appointment for after parent/teacher conferences. On the web site under apartment amenities it says washer/dryer. It doesnt say in select homes. I got to the place and first of all the nice woman wasnt wearing a mask. She said she cant because she has Asthma. I understand that, but she can wear a shield. Then she was really nice and said there are a lot of apartments that need to be turned around so she could have one by the time I want to move it. I told her I wanted to see one and was told that she couldnt show one to me. I asked her if she expected me to rent it sight unseen. she said she could show me pictures.. I told her I could see pictures online. Thats when I said \"There are washer and dryers in the apartment homes right?\" She told me no only in the apartment homes.Red flags went up and I said thank you and left. What kind of a place would I be living in if they lie on their website. more ... hide ...
