I moved in to this apartment late December 2020. It was ok. A little loud, thin walls/ceiling/floor, single pane windows, many vicious dogs and trash around the property.I had near run ins with the aforementioned vicious dogs when just walking to my vehicle, taking out the trash or going to do laundry. Then I had one incident with a neighbor and their vicious pit bull. The neighbor, his friend and his pit bull threatened me after their dog tried to attack me. Another neighbor told me that that pit bull had tried to attack other people and dogs. I have witnessed this several other times.I called the office and reported it but they wouldnt do anything. They said pit bull dogs are not allowed at this residence. Then why are there so many there?So I gave it a couple weeks but still had issues with the same dog and his owner. I called the office and told them I would be moving out due to safety concerns for my self and my dog. If my safety/life is being threatened then I shouldnt be subject to the lease. Especially since the office cant do anything to rectify the situation and provide a safe living environment.Now Brittany Court is trying to charge me $2300+ in fees for moving out early. I called and tried to resolve this. They made no attempt to resolve this and make it right. I would have thought a reasonable person would be a little more understanding.I would avoid this apartment at all costs. Spend a little more and move somewhere safer. more ... hide ...

I had to give it a one star but doesnt even deserve one.. nothing was ever fixed yet they would say it was, cars get broken into and damaged all the time, they give excuses after excuse when. Needing to fix something, ga tes are constantly unable to close therfore making it unsafe for kids and personal property. They never answers calls, if they do its miracle! So many other issues to much to add here. more ... hide ...
