This place has become so ghetto, stolen cars, vandalized cars and management doesnt do anything!!!! They are not luxury apartments at all like they advertise, more like low income projects, Rebecca Dawty/office manager t reats tenants with such disgust, the way she speaks to tenants as if shes above everyone. Sends threatening emails and text messages. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy! more ... hide ...

Dont rent here nice place noisy neighbors couple in the back of me entire time remain in property yelling and screaming throughout entire day refusing stop commeting every detail in my entire time they never slept u s tay here i never got any rest.i would highly recommend not move here not worth time or money there alot drug dealers in the area more ... hide ...

Bad place to live. I wouldnt even give it a full star. They take way too long to fix necessary things and things that arent emergencies they just never fix at all. You have to keep calling and calling until they get tire d of you and only then they send someone. Its exhausting living here. Bad living conditions they dont even care if you have special needs children that are at higher risk for living in certain conditions. Leaking broken and moldy roof and carpets and apart just a small portable AC where we have to sleep under the broken roof and over the Moldy carpet all dangerous conditions for a child with a blood disorder and a port which makes her high risk for infections (sepsis). Unacceptable. I dont recommend anybody to consider these. Apartments. You will never feel at peace but only add to your daily stress. There is no safe haven here. more ... hide ...

Apartment was nice for a decent price, but the office staff were horrible they never answer the phone and take a way longer lunch then needed. Manager as well as the other staff were very rude and made you feel like a bo ther going in and asking a question. The pool was hardly ever opened and when it was it was disgusting and dirty, as well as the gym that was being remolded for months would not recommend for anyone. more ... hide ...
