horrible.Dont be deceived by the outward looking appeal of this place. It is true that it does look nice from appearances, has a pool, etc....But save your money and live elsewhere. This place is infested with German coc kroaches, and the management will not do a thing about it.The most recent manager, Michael Heredia, is a real piece of work. This guy seems in it for the profit, without a care for tenants. I would say that this place is in the business of exploitation of lower income people. When I complained about the bug issue, this manager blamed ME for the problem (not true, as every other tenant I spoke to also experienced it). He also promised he would send exterminators.... which never happened.Ive never experienced a more unpleasant landlord or management. Take it from me that you can do better elsewhere. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 8 years and the best part of my experience here is dealing with Lisa and Heather .The reason for this is due to both ladies experience in management and professionalism and wonderful personalities. They are very warm,caring,and kind beyond all measure to myself and others that live here and have mentioned to me their same feelings. Whenever I have a problem I can call the office and know that they will help me every time. Everything here has been done in a timely fashion with no need to make multiple calls,. That is due to Lisa and Heather experience in the field . This has been my best experience. Fermin is so quick & perfect in all his repairs and personable. Thank you for so much. Wouldnt recommendUse to share this apartment went with some friends and one of the reminded me of this place we had good times there and remembered this place sucked It used to look better back then now it looks ugly the annoying House neighbors threw lots of parties and loud music.Pros: affordable rent, Safe Environment, Two bed room and bathroom,A closet in the living room, two doors First one was black fence door and white metal doorCons Roaches: can get in easy due to small gap under the doors , We lived up stairs and rooftop ac unit make a loud annoying buzzing, Delicate walls, Stairs looked like if you fall you die, random stranger using the parking lot to going in and make a U turn, Laundry room is full with spiders mostly daddy long legs and more bugs, there washers didnt work propeller back then, the dryers burnt our soft blankets which ruined it, Pretty sure one of our neighbors stole my tide and the laundry room was so dirty it had dead bugs, spider webs, Lint all over the dryer and floor Oh Yea and one Finally ting When using the AC too much for summer it leaks one time it leaked so much that the ceiling was water damage oh and the bathroom wall easily developed black mole We had to clean that a bunch of times and the pipes can get clogged because of a single glove.We left after 7 months it was lame. more ... hide ...
