My opinion, great community, first day we moved in people around the area where our apartment was greeted us and offered to help us, Ive come to notice everybody watches out for everybody else and theres a lot of respect over here at the community that looks after itself its a place where your kids can run anywhere on property and nothing will happen to him they even got a playground they got tables where parents can sit and watch their kids play have a barbecue have any type of gathering of family and friends its very quiet here yes everybody does mind their own business here but they also as well tend to look out for each other everything positive you can think about a community it is here that Park view apartments, but know this Parkview apartments is a work in progress they continue to succeed and improve the apartment complex asking the residents opinion about our community they have a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi they have good parking in the garbage bins or in good locations easy to get to and also will not interfere with the parking, and its right across the street from the park where kids and family come to play baseball they have a track that circles an entire Park walk around get your exercise walk your dog get some exercise take the whole family get some exercise and watch some families and kids play baseball Parkview apartments I have to give it five stars if I could give it 10 I would, but know this to some people Park the apartments may have problems they may complain about this and that but Parkview apartments they continue to succeed and improve the apartment complex each and every day I love it here and I tend to stay as long as I can and all I can say is to Parkview apartments thank you for allowing us to live in your community I wish the best and most success in this apartment complex and this community. more ... hide ...

I have been living here since May and I love it. Only thing I have ever not liked is the creepy old man who always stands outside wanting to say hi. But other than that the walls might be thin but everyone is pretty quie t. The people in the office are always friendly and ready to help you out. Most people here keep to themselves (except creepy old man) and as someone who likes their privacy. I appreciate that.Update: I just left after living here for 2 years and I have to say I already miss the place. I moved cross-country and my husband and I are already struggling with our new place, I miss the responsiveness of the office staff and I miss how ready to help they were and maintenance was usually alright, one time I got a man who decided to mansplain but after telling the office, they corrected the issue and sent a new maintenance man to help finally fix my stove. This place was my home for two years and will hold a very soft spot in my memories of Tucson, my late fur child, loved looking out our window and the community is usually quiet so he was a very unstressed cat.My only two cons, but this could be applied to any place was that some neighbors were weird and bothered my upstairs neighbor and would knock on my door because they thought they heard someone they new - very weird. Lastly if you get packages, I recommend having them sent to a UPS/PO Box, Tucson is one of the few places I have lived where packages were stolen if left alone longer than 10 minutes. more ... hide ...

Apartment Flooded no communication or anything nor offered a different apartment, Generators were on for 6 days and baseboards were having to taking off cause of mold, 97 degrees and expected me and children to live ther e, I did try calling front desk and told me they would get back and hadnt heard anything.. So I couldnt but only had the option to move but yet I tried to rent somewhere else and of course they said I owed them not sure what I owe if this was there fault due to a pipe bust.. And after renting there property for 4 years, Ive emailed them and tried to work something out until this day no response, Waiting on Corporate to call me, But think its very unfair after it was there fault.. Nice, large and quiet apartments. Attentive management and maintenance and a no bs response to any behavior problems. Clean and safe. Mostly older/elderly residents that have eyes on everything. If you are someone lookin g to live like a civilized human being in a nice property, this is a great place. If you are some ratchet crackhead looking for a place to party or be disrespectful, move on along so you dont add another eviction to your record. more ... hide ...
