After five years of renting multiple units with this company, anywhere from 4-6 large units at any time for five years, I was informed today that new management will not allow me to have a PODS branded pod on site for on e day next week to load my goods for shipment to New York. They do not want competitive brands on site. This is selfish and commercially stupid as it does not put the customer first. In fact, it is causing me huge inconvenience, additional expense and further delays. Over the years I have recommended this facility to many of my friends, now I would advise you not to use Santa Monica Mini Storage. New management will not respect your needs as a customer.This review is not about Danita and Nick who manage the facility day-to-day and are excellent, but whoever the faceless new management are behind the scenes making dumb decisions. more ... hide ...
