Hawthorne Terrace is a great place to live. The manager is awesome, the building is always clean, friendly people, and the building even have holidays events for the kinds. I would recommend living here.The area is prett y close to all your major stores... more ... hide ...

Probably the worst management I have ever encountered I am getting my grandmother out asap. 1. everyone has to wear a mask except the manager a little biased. I just found out that everyone has a key to the apartments 1. house keeper 2. maintenance 3. the front desk 4. the manager 5. and the managers son. Their is absolutely no privacy last time I had checked these were senior apartments not an open room nursing home. Lastly I have never met a more unprofessional and rude Manager. I really hope they update their staff and provide proper training in customer service. Keep your elderly family away from this complex if you want to avoid the stress. more ... hide ...

I have to give the Towers 5 stars.I live there. Sure, the rules are fairly strict, but if we all obey them, then it is to the benefit of all the tenants. The building management keeps the building and facilities clean an d tidy. If you need some kind of repair - it is often done within 24 hours. The rents are subsidized and there are no utility (water & electric) fees, so our monthly out=of-pocket cost is remarkably low (maybe the lowest) for an apartment in Santa Monica. more ... hide ...
