Nice place to live until you can secure better housing IF you enjoy being threatened and discriminated against. The current manager is extremely rude to current and prospective tenants. On site manager is also a pastor who regularly promises units to members of her church congregation. Many complaints filed against this property and the turnover rate in the leasing office is high. Similar reviews note the incompetency of the staff. People do not work there long most likely due to current on-site manager Marion Johnsons attitude. Often enforce some rules while others are not. Manager threatens tenants with eviction unlawfully. The property is nicer since being renovated a few years ago however animals defecate all over the property. Maintenance crew is effective and helpful, however management makes it quite difficult to live there. If you enjoy being taken advantage of because of low family income move there if not save yourself the headache and live elsewhere comfortably. Waiting list can be as long as 5 years however the manager promises to rent to people she knows much sooner. more ... hide ...
