I was told I was approved , even put down a $100 deposit. Only to be told that I over qualified in regards to income, The same income that I reported for my application to be approved in the first place. I was t old my deposit is refundable , but now I cant get anyone to answer my calls. I will be reporting ConAm to the BBB and the housing Authority. Whatever it takes for them to not do this to anyone else. I passed on another rental property and had to scramble to find a place because of the poor and misleading process they use to find tenants. more ... hide ...
