Dirty from when we first moved in. A lot of different things needed to be fixed and patched up. Asked for maintenance help and it almost took 2 weeks for them to come.The washers and driyers dont all work.

The grounds are deplorable. Ownership and management have let grass and plants die. The pictures on their page are not current ones. Have seen what it looks like around a month ago. They dont water as they should. Manage ment is a nightmare and have discriminated against many. They dont reimburse for damage done to peoples property for their lack of it being a secure place. Unscrupulous management, people and their kids have lived there. Kids allowed to be disruptive to other tenants. They lie about tenants they dont like and allow them to be harassed. They harass tenants they dont like. The property looks like garbage. It used to be beautiful, lush, green and friendly. They violate fair housing rules in many different ways. They make appointments to do repairs and dont show up. They force tenants to live in substandard conditions from not doing repairs. They dont replace appliances needing replaced if its someone they dont like. They dont like you if you e reported for their bad actions. They hire substandard companies to do work. They subject tenants to all kinds of bad treatment. When problems reported to them, they blame the tenant reporting them. Not the ones causing the problems. It used to be a good place, close to schools and shopping. Now with the management and owners, all thinking to move there should turn and run the other way. If possible I would give this place a minus of any stars. Theres been tires slashed, people shot, people stealing mail and doing identity theft. There are other low income apartments based in income to live at. That treat people right. more ... hide ...
