I would NOT recommend this place!!! They dont have any security cameras and even they cant fix the light on the parking spot for long time. My car was stolen from that parking spot.. I asked them 3 times for mailbox key and they were saing we gonna drop it off today ... After a week I have to go my self and got it. Very disappointed and for that bs they going to rise rent prices... I wont recommend this place specially on clinton street!!!! more ... hide ...

I would definitely NOT suggest leasing with Briargate. I pay for parking, have been ever since we moved here and my car has been towed more than once for what? They want you to pay $500 + for them towing your car that wa s in a parking space? Ive never had so many problems with an apartment complex like I have at this place. On top of that, my brother came to town last night and was staying at our apartment for the night, and woke up to leave and his car was already towed?!I should have listened to the reviews before moving here. New staff or not, this place is trash. more ... hide ...
