STAY AWAY!!! Lived here for six years, was under housed and they rarely came out on a timely matter to fix anything. They came out twice to check the smoke alarm. We told them that the stove, garabage disposal, hall ligh t, and all the bedroom lights were out. They came out and fixed the bathroom light but not anything else. The kids in this apartment complex are the best of the worst. My brother then (9) sprayed water at two boys as a joke being as they had done the same to him and they punched him to the ground for it. Another time they hit him over the head with a two by four with a nail on one end causing a small hole in the back of his head. Then they made fun of my other brother (3 nonverbal high-functioning autistic) for crying because he got over stimulated. Dont even think about going to the office about it because they dont do anything. We went to the mother about it as well and she did nothing. We were lucky enough to finally move out of that horrid place. WHEN WE MOVED IN THERE WAS AN INFESTATION OF GERMAN COCKROACHES THAT THE AUTHORITY DID NOTHING ABOUT DESPITE BEING TOLD 15 DIFFERENT TIMES.So I mean it when I say STAY AWAY. Lived here for 1 year. Underwent an illegal eviction at this place. Managment is a joke. The JL gray company owns this place and they dont take care of it at all. Work orders do not get filled for months if at all by the maintenance. I have had several neighbors complain about bed bug infestations that the management then makes them pay to have an exterminator come in when its obviously the entire building that is infested. When I started to bring up these problems they kept my rent check and never cashed it and said my rent was late then proceeded to kick me out. I am currently filling a lawsuit for harassment and can claim for a class action lawsuit once more of the current residents feel comfortable enough to write a statement.
